Every CYNCO order is mixed in our Los Angeles studio after you check out. Please allow forty-eight business hours for formulation before your order ships. We ship via tracked carrier within the United States — complimentary on orders over one hundred dollars, and a flat ten dollars on orders below. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Because each serum is mixed to order, we are unable to accept returns on opened product. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within seven days of delivery and we will make it right — a replacement, a refund, or whatever the situation calls for.

Store your serum in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is not required but will extend the active life of the peptides. Used as directed, each bottle is intended to be finished within ninety days of opening.
